Can I get my phone number first before the service starts?

If you wish to reserve the telephone number, you will have to activate the account at the same time.

How long is the contract period for virtual office?

The minimum contract period is one month with automatic renewal until your further notice. There will be additional discounts on 12 months of longer contracts.

Is it possible to use my existing company phone number continuously?

Yes. We offer a dedicated phone number to you, and you can forward your existing company phone number to this dedicate phone number, When our receptionist receives calls from your line, he or she will address the caller with your selected greeting.

How to apply for company registration?

Once you have decided on your company name, we will assist you in handling the registration procedures of opening the company.

How long does it take to incorporate Hong Kong Limited?

It takes around 10 working days after signing all government documents.

What payment methods can be used?

For the first payment, we accept cash, cheque, credit card, and bank transfer. After that, you can also set up a Direct Debit for monthly payment.

How to apply for your services?

You can apply for our services in person, by email or fax. Once we received the application form with required document and payment, the services can take effect immediately.

How do telephone calls work after office hours?

Our Live Receptionist phone answering service is available from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (Exclude Hong Kong Public Holidays). After office hours, our automated system can forward telephone calls to you directly, or transfer the calls into our voicemail system.

How does the voicemail system work?

You or our assistant can record a main greeting for your voicemail box. If there is a voice message, you will receive the voicemail sound file with date, time, and phone number of the caller stamped by email immediately. Also, you can dial in to access the voicemail system anytime.

What greeting will my clients hear?

You choose what personalized greeting our live receptionist will say when they greet your clients. Or you may select an automatic warm greeting to be recorded by you or our assistant.

What are the charges for meeting room?

The meeting room rental will be charged per hour or per day.

How long is the contract period for serviced office?

The minimum lease term is 1 month, and maximum lease term is 12 months. There will be additional discount for 3 months contract or above.

How soon can I move in after payment?

You can move in anytime after the registration and payment.

In general, how many people can be accommodated into serviced offices?

Serffices has offices which can accommodate from one to a maximum of eight people. Custom made offices can be provided should you have office needs beyond eight people.
